These terms are between you and Rooted Family Botanicals ("we", "us", "our"), a small family flower farm based in Glasford, Illinois. We offer hands-on botanical classes and farm experiences (the "Services"). By using our website, browsing our classes, or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Class reservations are confirmed once full payment is received. One person may reserve seats for a group in a single booking; the person who books is responsible for sharing class details with their guests.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payment, billing, and tax mechanics are governed by Stripe's terms, available at stripe.com/legal.

Some experiences are marked "drop-in — no reservation required." These do not require booking or prepayment, and any purchases made at the event are handled on site.

A minimum of five participants is required for each workshop. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the next available class on our calendar. We'll contact you if a class needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to low enrollment.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to keep your confirmation details safe. You must be of legal age to enter into these terms, or have a parent or guardian book on your behalf.

Please don't misuse our website or Services — including any unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of others' intellectual property, or interference with the security of our site (malware, probing, scraping, or similar).

Our classes take place on a working farm and at partner venues. Please follow any safety guidance given by our team, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and supervise any children in your group. Accessibility notes and what-to-bring details are listed on each class page — if you have specific needs, contact us before your class and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We own our website, class content, designs, photographs, and branding. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission. Anything you create in a class is yours to keep.

We work hard to keep our website and class schedule accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Class dates, venues, and content may occasionally change; if a change affects your reservation, we'll contact you using the details you provided at booking.

We may suspend or cancel a reservation or refuse service where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. Where we cancel for these reasons, refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data). Our total liability for any claim relating to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Illinois.
